Another painting of Holly, a character from the Artemis Fowl books.

The first thing I came up with is the pose then I decided that she should be at her desk in the LEP building, probably listening to some briefing or something.
I almost didn't include the chair, but it looked weird having a desk like that and no chair, so it ended up being one of the last things I painted, and very lazily.
I really wanted to get this done sooner, but had some difficulties with parts of it and got frustrated and decided that I wouldn't rush it, so I took a break from it for a while and came back with a fresh look.
When I came back to it I was able to quickly identify what was wrong with it and finished it up. There are some rough spots that I plan on fixing up later.

Let me know what you think about this.

UPDATE 2/5/2015: Made some improvements, this is now 1000% better. Trust me, I did the math.
-Changed Holly, she looks A LOT better now.
-Fixed up some rough spots.
-Worked on the chair a bit more.
-Increased overall brightness.
-Did some post-processing to change the colors slightly.
