A picture I did a couple of months ago. Said I would do one for every movie, in honour of his character. Just gotta love Captain Jack
Decided to take a different angle this time, but still focusing on his face. Had a photograph as reference, will try to find it and put it up here.HB, 2B, 4B, 6B

Don't know if I'm happy with it. It took too long to be so simple, I reckon, and I wish I did it in bigger size... but then again it would have taken even longer. Oh well, guess i have to wait til the next movie comes out to do the next drawing

This is quite wonderful work. I wish I could say realisitic was a compliment here, but I imagine you were trying to capture an essence that was more than carbon-copy photographic looking. No, you've caught a very interesting pose, and a very well payed homage to a great character, a great story, and a great actor.

From time to time comes a drawing so astounding, so detailed, that I linger at the edge of my seat. Absolutely amazing work! Only plus would've been if Sparrow's eyes would've been what the world is used to: More black.
Nevertheless astoundingly beautiful penmanship.
