That music video was weird! Okay that aside her floating in the air? I C WUT U DID THAR! Lol anyway the pose I like. Storm in X-men could fly so it only makes sense this girl with lightning magic can do the same. I like how the hair just seems to be one shade. For the lightning, try giving it some "inner" highlights to add glow. Select the same color used there and just set the brush to dodge.
