Description
As much as I love Black Hat from Villainous, my favorite villain of all time would have to be Lord Dominator from Wander Over Yonder.
The reason I like her so much is because she was able to destroy so many lives in the matter of seconds. And she dominated (almost) everything with no crazy powers whatsoever. She just used her skills and resources around her to become the most powerful villain of her universe. It's a shame Wander over Yonder had to end so soon.
