I got this from reading random walkthroughs:
Police chief: Brian Irons AKA "Iron Brian".
The police chief of the Racoon City Police Department, (R.P.D.) Brian appears in Resident Evil Outbreak: File 2, I believe. Brian does not believe the S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Recue Service) members that survived the mansion incident when they tell him of zombies. Later, during the outbreak causing the destruction of Racoon City, he kills the mayors daughter because she was "turning into a zombie" (highly unlikely, Brian was going insane.)
Eventually, he turns into a zombie.
