While the army is at war with rebels in the Kraskeska's capital city the suburbs are controlled by mercenaries. Without them, the war would have ended months ago.They are no friends, though. Practically none of them are Kraskeskan, many don't even speak Russian. They will either shoot you, or force you to your home.
