Description I've been waiting since BEFORE this camera was released, to get this camera.

And Finally thanks to hard work, saving up my money, and my lovely parents..

I bought myself the fantastic new Nikon D7000, so far it's been working like a dream, I haven't experianced a Nikon D7000 before so this was a big (and exciting) step in my photography.

I can't wait to upload more shots with and of this camera!

This picture was taken with my "little camera" which is actually just a really nice point and shoot I got last year for a more portable back-up.

Hmm.. I haven't heard of the 85-100 lens, The kit lens that comes with it is pretty good considering it has vibration reduction and has a pretty good variety of distances (18-105). My favorite lens with my D7000 is the 35 mm fix focus lens, it has great depth of field but can be used as a normal everyday lens not just a portrait one. It's also priced lower than other Nikon lenses. But that's just my opinion.

wow...i've been wanting a nikon d5000, but i hear it's been officially discontinued. so i'll either get the replacement for the d5000, or the d7000, which i've heard great things about, but it won't be until spring or summer. i'm so excited for you...congratulations and enjoy!!!

Oh Really?? The D5000 is also a great camera! I had no idea it's getting replaced! And since i've had the D7000, I love it, I've had no issues with it. Thanks! I'm really enjoying it
