errr.....I started doing some anime vectors in photoshop[it's a good practice....I guess...]....then I ask for critiques from others so that I could make my works better....hmmm.....In vectoring you should practice both line art and color....and ofcourse don't forget patience and interest in doing stuffs like that, It's a pretty big help you know...XD....

nah...the first mouse that I used also sucks...XD...you know the one with the ball thingy under it[not optical...XD...]....*sigh*....and then my dad bought me a pentab but only helps with the sketching....I guess I'm more comfortable using a mouse...and now I'm still using a mouse, this time it's optical but I don't have a mouse pad..T_T...huhuhuhu

the pentab's the thing in the lap top, right? how much does one cause? and, er, are they connected to the computer via USB port? (so i could bring them in school.

errr...the thing in the lap top??....XD....I dunno....but all I know is it's like a mouse pad with pen, it also has a usb port [so you could bring them in school...^_^...]....the price depends on how big it is and what brand it is....mine cost me P9300[dunno the size of my pentab...XD...I think it's as big as our monitor or smaller(1024x768px)...XD..]
