I really like the expression here! Makes the portrait really interesting!
I would suggest to try making your blacks just dark colors, really dark blue or grey, so you can put a highlight and make it look even better. While the dace hair and eyes are subtle shaded those black line are a bit too rough!
You could also add some highlights to the hair and face!
