I did this using photoshop 6.0. I wanted to Make Kirara look a bit more real than the cellshaded version from TV, without bridging the gap between anime real and photo real. Because... I can't draw photo real, lol, and I dunno what a real Kirara would look like.Kirara belongs to Rumiko Takahashi

A photo-real Kirara would scare me and I would feel the need to hide under my bed or something. At least for an hour.

Then again, though it'd be scary, I'd be impressed by a photo-real Kirara. It would definitely not be an easy task to pull off. However, I'm suddenly reminded of photo-real Mario.

Well they did do it. And come to think of it, some person figured out how to animate it too if I remember correctly. It was creepy. Yet it was also slightly amazing because I didn't realize someone could do that so easily.

Lol. That is definitely a good rule to live by on the internet. Unfortunately, in my case curiosity usually gets the better of me and I run off to find out about it. At least to the point where I can talk about it and make this kinda face:

Thank you! It took me a long time to finish it as I was struggling with how far to take it. Decided that I likes the balance of cell and real in my For You I'd Do Anything pic so I tried to do the same and then the grass is because i messed up the back legs a bit. Not bad, but I didn't want to have a glitch ruin the pic... besides, Kirara stands in a lot of grassy fields and it's cute cause she's so small, the grass which would not even cover Kagome's shoes goes almost over Kirara's legs. So cute and tinny!
