Quickstrike’s scorpion form was based off of ROTB Scorponok, but with a few minor details to make him look totally different from Scorponok.
When he transforms from scorpion to snake, the tail extends further while the main body converts into the head, the pincers and legs combine together to form the hood of a cobra.

In addition, in his cobra mode, he spits out a deadly acid that dissolves anything like a spitting cobra does, while his scorpion mode’s claws have cannons like Scorponok does.
