You can only control 1 face-up “Elemental HERO Storming Thunder Giant”. Once per turn: You can discard 1 card to target 1 face-up card on the field; destroy that target. If the card discarded to activate this effect was a “HERO” monster, during the End Phase of the turn you activated this effect: You can add that card from your GY to your hand. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can tribute 1 face-up “HERO” monster you control; negate the effects of all face-up cards your opponent controls until the End Phase.
