[Fairy / Fusion / Effect]
"Mokey Mokey" + 1 Effect Monster with 2500 or more ATK
You can only Special Summon "Mokey Mokey Monarch(s)" once per turn. Must be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by Tributing the above cards on the field (1 on each side). Cannot be destroyed by battle. Your opponent must pay 300 LP to activate monster effects. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can Fusion Summon 1 Fairy Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, except "Mokey Mokey Monarch", by shuffling Fusion Materials listed on it from your hand, field, and/or GY into the Deck, including a "Mokey Mokey", and if you do, the ATK of all non-Fairy monsters on the field become 300.
