This a "Keeper of the Keys" chapter drawing from Harry Potter and The Philosipher Stone. It is mostly my imagination but it is canon to what Hagrid discribes from the book about the attack.Related content

You see where the red magic and sparkle are coming from?..that's lily her hair is blowing in her face from the power of the spell.

Woouw, this is an amazing picture! I can just keep on looking at it and find more and more little things, like the faces in the mirror. I love the amazing detail and I love the way the color goes from green, to yellow, to red, it's a beautiful effect! I also love the way you can feel/see the power of the spell throughout the entire room. I especially like the way lily's hair blows over the bed. Fantastic work!

I think that's a great idea! The colors you used in this one would already be a nice basis to use in the next one. And it is a very dramatic scene, so that's no problem either
