First off I enjoy your art, and second off it doesn't matter if you block someone or not, their art will still be visible to you. (Atleast, from what I can tell.)
I assume you already know that many people will find what you draw uncomforting or even disgusting, yet you draw it anyways. Hopefully you don't end up derecognizing someone else's taste because they don't like what you draw.
