She has the ability to shift her scales at will like a mimic octopus, but her default form is a deep blue and shimmering array of colors on her underbelly and horns. He maaaay have dyed his hair to match his faaaaavorite dragon. Reyna's not impressed. With that or with her nickname.

I wanted to start getting the hand of people more and flesh out my vision. One day at a time.
