Bio:

Not much is known about this mysterious Namekian, except for the fact that he is one of the most powerful beings in Universe 6, next to Orion and Hit. He went into hiding during the Tournament of Power, as to try and find a way to save Universe 6, in case of it's erasure, which he had failed. But, thanks to Universe 7, he now wanders both Universe 6 and to find the Super Dragonballs to resurrect the Namekian Race, as the entire race was now fused into him, Pilina and Saonel. As he traveled Universe 6, he ran into Shiverria, the rejected younger sister of Frieza.

After some debate, Mandolin joined Shiverria's empire, as she wanted to create peace across Universe 6 and 7, unlike her older brother. As a short time passed, the two fell in love, and now work together, as the emperor and empress of the Shiverria Empire.
