Description
Shockwave arrived on Earth much earlier than the others, with his own plans for domination. He was just in time for World War II, where he witnessed the destructive power of humanity. He grew to respect Hitler for sharing his ideas, and worked with him during the war, until Megatron arrived to stop him before Shockwave could enhance Germany's military power, with Megatron being forced to blast his old friend with a powerful shot. Thought to be offline, he was carried off to the US, where he was kept in an isoated chamber.

Nearly 70 years later, Shockwave suddenly reactivated, having only been in forced stasis in order to keep himself alive. Finding himself in highly advanced surroundings, Shockwave took advantage of the situation, and, emerging into the daylight, he immediately scanned a nearby tank and escaped. Now, he spends his time in hiding, upgrading and modifying his alt mode, waiting for the perfect opportunity to take revenge on the leader he now considers a traitor.
