I believe the uploader of this photo was the Marth on the right, judging by the photos, comments, and activity on this dA account. I lost track of this cosplayer 4 years ago when her YouTube account, cosmosgirl, was banned for copyright infringement before I got a response. Shame it looks like I found her again only to lose her. (This deviantART account has been abandoned for that many years.)
It took me this long to find where she uploaded her photos, only because I was just now digging through my old cosplay photos and found screenshots I took from cosmosgirl's Otakon 2008 YouTube video, then reverse image searched one of them. (Reverse image search wasn't around back then.) ...Wow, just wow.

I know this is a really really really old comment, but I just found this deviation now. On the back of Marth's cape in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Brawl is a lion and a unicorn to either side of a circular crest of some sort. The texture is really low-res and hard to make out. I notice you have a lot of photos with the far right Marth cosplayer. Were you that person, or friends with them? I cosplayed as Zelda on Saturday and got pulled in with that Marth as well as some other Brawl cosplayers (Peach and Pikachu at first, Ganandorf and others joined us after a bit) for photos and silly dancing. ^^
