Terms of Service

I work on a 3 day rotor, i do commission work on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Sunday is my day off and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are my College days.
I suffer from hand pain, so there may be days i cannot work, so if i seem scarce that may be why.
Turnaround time depends on how much i have to do at the time, i never close. I may take a while to get your order done, or it may be hours after you order. Just ask how long it might be and i'll give you an estimate. However, i try not to exceed 2 months without an order being finished, it's rare that it would do so. I just ask you to be patient with me <3
I expect you to do your part and contact me for updates. i will not seek you out for updates, if you want updates, please ask for them, do not expect me to come and find you for it.
I always reply when prompted about updates, i am fast to reply as soon as i see the message so i won't ghost you if you message me.
I do not offer refunds unless it has been a while since you have ordered, i will not refund you if i have started. please think carefully about your choice before you order from me.
The wait time will also usually depend on what you order, you will get a coloured sketch faster than if you were to get a finished image.
Im genuinely very friendly! please don't be afraid to remind me often about your order or ask how im doing during your order time, I like to be easy to approach and will happily give you what you ask for c: please don't be afraid of me.
