Gentle and Kind to comrads, very brave and willing to give his life for his duty with a strong heart.He lost his little brother in a wild fire created by the rockets when he was a wild pokemon, he hates rockets with all of his heart and is why he chose to beome a part of the police force.He has dark circles/shadows under his eyes,created the pain he went through,he is also quite restless from nightmares about rockets so he uses his move Rest to try and put (force) himself to sleep at night which only tends to work for a few hours before he wakes up again, he only gets around two hours of sleep a day.

Fears:wild fires,because he cannot control them,as his little brother (a quilava) died in one created by rockets. And also rockets.
