Vision gets five stars because the whole picture is just beautiful. The shading,design, and background are just amazing. The line art is adorable.

Originality gets four stars because you don't see this kind of pose very often. Plus the character's design is very original. The reason it doesn't get the full five stars is the background. I've see this kind of background before .
