The scan is a bit blurry on the bottom but that's not your fault. I think you made something beautiful of something very simple (yet very hard to draw). The hand looks amazing I love how you drew the nails and the skin around them. Amazing. And the fact you gave the whole thing a nice frame shows that you care for your artwork from the first line till the very last touches concerning it's presentation. I like it. If I'd critique something it would be only the contrasts between the hand and the ice cream ( I mean the textures and the depth of the colour) there could be more going on, that is all.
You have amazing skills... I'm jealous! xD
