Oh, whats this? shes not a normal cat anymore? yes! she can actually swap between a regular cat form, and an anthropomorphic cat form. she can talk in both forms btw lol
A motherly figure who is much older than she looks, shes the caretaker of Vee and Danny, having raised them their whole lives, and taking them all over the region they live in. probably the only one with an even vaguely medieval outfit, though its also very... halloween costume-y. it was what fit her to me, what can i say! you can barely see it here anyway, i have yet to make more than a very rough reference image of it lol (sta.sh/06n70wes9la )

ruby is probably my oldest character... ever! i cant remember a time in my life without ruby, shes based on a stuffed animal ive carried with me my whole life. the whole reason shes even named ruby is because i didnt know which gemstone was what when i was really young, so i saw her yellow eyes and thought 'oh thats the color of a ruby' (it was not). i cant even imagine what my life would be like if even such a small detail as her name was different lmao!
