Description Yugi woke up early on Saturday morning, scared and excited at the same time. This was the day that Yugi was going to America. This was the when he showed the world who he really was.
Enthusiastically, Yugi swung his legs over the side of his bed and jumped up only to fall back down as his vision blacked out. Yugi blinked a few times to clear his visions then hopped right back up.
He got changed and ran quickly downstairs. It was so early that Yugi's grandpa wasn't even up so Yugi just grabbed some fruit for breakfast before disappearing outside to see Domino city one last time before he left for America.
Yugi wasn't coming back to Japan for at least five years most likely longer. He knew that his friends would miss him but they all supported his decision, except for Pharaoh who was clueless.
For a moment Yugi thought about going to go see Pharaoh and tell him he was leaving but he knew that Pharaoh either wouldn't care or he would stop him, neither of those choices sounded ordeal to Yugi so instead he just kept walking up the path of cherry blossoms that showered the world in their soft petals.

Pharaoh woke up groggy and unhappy. Tea sat at the end of his bed fully dressed and talking already.
"What are you doing here?" Pharaoh growled, not happy to be woken up so early.
"You said that you would go on a date with me today." Tea said.
"Later." Pharaoh grunted before hiding his face back into his pillow.
"No, now!" Tea insisted as she pulled the covers off of the Pharaoh. Curse words in both Egyptian and Japanese ran through his mind but instead he just curled up in a ball and ignored her.
"Phary!" Tea pleaded. Pharaoh sat straight up and glared murderously at her.
"Never call me Phary again." Pharaoh growled through bared teeth. The only one who had ever called Pharaoh Phary was Yugi and Yugi was the only one allowed to do it.
"You're so pushy." Tea complained.
"Deal with it!" Pharaoh snapped.
"You never act this way around Yugi." Tea muttered unhappily.
"So what?" Pharaoh asked as he turned his back to Tea, completely ignoring her.
"Why do you have to act this way?" Tea asked. "You're always so mean and pushy when you're around me."
"So?" Pharaoh questioned her.
"I bet you don't even remember where we're going on our date." Tea accused.
"You never told me." Pharaoh muttered darkly.
"Oh yeah." Tea said with a slight giggle. "Sorry. Well, first we're going to get breakfast and then we're seeing Yugi off at the airport, then we are going to go to see a movie, and last but not least we are going to see the fireworks.
"What?!" Pharaoh exploded as he twirled around to face her.
"I thought you liked the fireworks…" Tea faltered.
"What do you mean we're going to go see Yugi off at the airport?! Where is he going?!" the Pharaoh demanded.
"Yugi is going to a college in America. Didn't he tell you? He's leaving today at seven." Tea continued to jabber on but Pharaoh didn't bother listen to her.
The Pharaohs eyes flickered towards the clock. The red numbers flashed 5:43 am. Pharaoh cured, it took an hour to drive to the airport and get through security, there was nearly no way he could catch Yugi in time unless he broke every traffic law made.
The Pharaoh growled to himself and threw on some sweats. Tea continued to jabber on but Pharaoh ignored her as he raced outside, grabbing his car keys on the way, his mind made up.

The airport was full of the hustling and bustling of people. Yugi was waiting for his plane to start boarding.
Ryou and Bakura had already come by to say bye, a wrapped present by Yugi's side proved so.  Malik had called and said he couldn't come because he had to go bail Marik out of jail…again, and had also wished him good luck in America and that he would miss Yugi. Joey and Tristan had said their goodbyes last night due to the fact that neither of them owned a car and Kabia, very wisely, would not let them take his.
A woman bumped into Yugi and yelled something in French at him. Yugi just sighed and watched as she hurried away.
The only person that Yugi really wanted to talk to was Pharaoh but he didn't even know that Yugi was leaving.  Yugi blinked hard and stared at the light fixture above him to keep the tears at bay.
A voice came on over the intercom requesting for the passengers on Yugi's plane to board. Yugi tore his gaze away from the harsh light and waited for the black spots to recede from his vision. As Yugi glanced one last time around the airport he thought he saw the flash of a familiar face but it disappeared as soon as it had appeared.
It must be my imagination, Yugi thought sadly. As he started to walk towards the plane ramp a loud voice called out. The words weren't distinguishable from the rest of the shouting in the airport but it had a certain sense of pain and desperation that forced Yugi to turn back around.
"Yugi!" the frantic voice called again. Pharaoh ran through the crowd shoving and pushing everyone in his way until he reached his hikari.
"Pharaoh!" Yugi gasped as he caught sight of his yami. Pharaoh skidded to a halt and stared into Yugi's eyes.
"Please don't go Yugi! Please!" The Pharaoh pleaded. "Please don't leave me!"
"Why are you here?" Yugi asked more than a bit confused.
"Because I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I let you go without ever telling you how I felt." Pharaoh said earnestly. "Yugi, I love you! There has never been anyone else in the world that I have loved as much as you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I don't care if you hate me for this but I just had to tell you." The Pharaoh paused, panting and waiting for Yugi's reply.
"What about Tea?" Yugi asked dumbly. So many emotions were rushing through Yugi that he barely had time to comprehend them all. He couldn't believe what Pharaoh had just said so he really must be hallucinating.
"I first I thought that if I went out with Tea you would get jealous and I could see if you really liked me but when I found out that that didn't work Tea was just an excuse to hang out with you more…" the Pharaoh finished lamely.
"Why didn't you just tell me?" Yugi asked, somewhat believing Pharaoh now.
"Because…I was afraid you would reject me, hate me even." Pharaoh said truthfully. Yugi felt tears fill his eyes.
"Don't cry Yugi! I'm sorry about everything I just said but I had to. If you want me to leave right now I will." The Pharaoh stumbled over his words. As the Pharaoh turned to leave Yugi grabbed onto his arm, tears running down his face.
"Don't leave me." Yugi cried. "Please, don't ever leave me." Pharaoh turned around in disbelief.
"Yugi?" Pharaoh asked in a shocked voice.
"I love you Pharaoh! I really do! Please don't leave me, please!" Yugi sobbed. Pharaoh hugged his small hikari close to him.
"I won't leave you ever again." Pharaoh promised. Yugi hugged the Pharaoh tighter and looked up at him, smiling.
"Promise?" Yugi asked in a wavering vioce, tear tracks still visible on his face.
"Promise." Pharaoh promised as he leaned in, gently pressing his lips against Yugi's. Yugi briefly smiled before kissing his Pharaoh back.
"I love you." Yugi whispered against Pharaohs lips.
"I love you more." Pharaoh whispered back just as he kissed his hikari again, blocking off Yugi's exclamation on how he loved the Pharaoh most.
