Description The Most Famous steam locomotive at the Illinois Railroad Museum. Built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1918, it was meant to exported to Russia for freight and passengers service. This all changed when the Bolsheivk Revolution took place and it was embargoed. As a result, it was instead sold to the Frisco Railroad.
