You should always credit the photographer, if he sees you have used his work in your own art and you have not given him or her any credit, the photographer is within his rights to have your art removed and you banned from DA for art theft. It is a very serious thing to use another artists work here without his or her permission. I would hate to see you banned for using artwork without permission. That is theft.

of course you´re right , but when i started to take pictures from photographer i only practice to draw the things like i see it....i don´t say that the idea is mine or something like that....

and of course without photographers i didn´t can do that thing , but i make it only for fun....i don´t make money with it....
hope you understand that.

when it comes so than i do my art from this page...it´s not a big thing for me.

Just be aware that if a photographer reports you as using his/her work without permission you are in risk of being banned from here. Art theft is a serious issue here
