I love this piece. The mood in it is so strong. To me,it seems as if the little boy either lost his parents(due to the coffin-like shadows of the giant figures), or he's just being harshly criticized for doing something different. Either way,it's beautiful.

I love the concept of this, and I'm sure every artist has felt this way at one point or another. And the way you've portrayed it is wonderful... Simple, yet very powerful.
I especially love how you can read different meanings into it. Are the looming figures parents, peers perhaps? One's own low self-esteem?
