I generally feel as if she's rather under-represented especially in high ranked plays. Many people who casually play count her as a main, I guess!

oh definitely! i'm not too too high up in ranked but i certainly don't see her as often as Lucio or Zenyatta!

I play a lot but i dont want to play competitve simply because I can't deal well wih letting people down OTL haha
but she has, excluding Symmetra, the lowest precentage of the support heros on competitve and also on tournaments.
