here's a piece for all of you who visits me in DA!! *bows* thank you very much for all the lovely comments, for all the favourites, all the support and advice! T--T I wouldn't have made it this far without all of you people's support!--- now for some boring information on this lady dancer! --
Originally, she was meant to be a boy. She was meant to have a long plait. T_T But due to my incompetence, she became a young girl (flat-chested and all), and yeah.. :3
I tried to do painterly effects, but i guess i still need more practise coz well, i suck at traditional paints so this reflects onto digital pieces too. T___T

inking: 3 hours
colouring on Photoshop 7.0: 3+ hours (O_O faaast. >_<

O_o wow... you ink on photoshop?? ^^'' I'm too lazy to take the time. I ink by hand.. and er.. using those classic pens (which i just started using... making a big mess everywhere with the ink). But I think your inking is so good and clean!!!!! >.< Hope I can get that good.

lol its okay to be fatchested for a dancer, then they dont bounce when they do all their stuff, mebbe thats whyi had so much trouble with ballet, cause i'm the opposite of flat o.0 ^_^ its still a pretty piccie as always *hugs* congrats on 10k

Whoah! this is so cool! and you say this was off of a 20 minute sketch???? hoooooowwwwwwwwwww???? Its really cool and you did really good job with the coloring. In the riboon I reallly like the effect that you get from using both cell and soft shading, it gives a sense of fluency and motion. Gotta love them rose petals! The grey eyes are great! I lurve dem! Oh wow! I almost didn't notice the really cool glowy border! wunnerful!
