Drawn with Colored pencils, this took me about an hour or so.. It's JoJo in the Scene when he's looking up at his Dad on the balcony and all of the evil chairman Who's are calling him names and being mean.. JoJo now see's it's time for him to show the world of the Who's what he's been keeping up in the old abandoned tower, to speak up and to fix the silent relationship he's had with his Dad.
