I spent wayyy more time on this than planned....It started off with me designing a slightly new facial style, after I was inspired by this amazing 80's doll ( [link] ) and then I just wanted to add more, and more, and more....
(And what is my obsession with drawing the same damn outfit all the time?!
Anyway, this is my new OC Cosmii. She's the younger sister of my OC Soapy. She's such a huuuge dreamer that time has no meaning to this girl. She loves to sit atop the highest clouds and gaze around her kingdom. Like most little girls, she wishes she could be a princess and live in the luxurious Pinky-Mush Palace.
Well that's me definately warmed up to Flash again after my hiatus- time to start on my late xmas/new year gifties for my friends and contest prizes!

ANYWAY, It feels like so long since I commented on your art! It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!
She's adorable as usual! Those eyes look beautiful with all the stars and planets inside. Also, I want her hairclip! I just noticed the eyeshadow, perhaps it would look nicer if blended a bit in the middle? Her outfit, while mis-matched, is very cute, and fits in with her personality. (Because chances are, being such a dreamer makes her lose focus, so she might me kinda air-headed.) The *only* thing that detracts from her face is her nose. DX It honestly looks quite awkward.
The background, on the other hand, is amazing. So many little clouds with so many little things on them! And all those bubbles and sparkles and rainbows-
That's about all I have to say, except- keep drawing! I want to see mooorrreee!
