A roaring ninja! Quite ironic if you think about it, but still fun to spam people with on instant messengers.Feel free to take it for personal use! Everyone except for because if I simply gave her permission to use it she can't live up to her emote thief title

First, how do you make emotes? And second, how would I use this one? What would I put in the ::

I make emotes with PaintShopPro and Animation shop (I don't have Photoshop), and I'm not exactly sure how to use it as an emote within DA (other than plz accounts). I was thinking of having this used more in Instant Messengers.
