I'm not scared of animatronics and I've been watching playthroughs of this game, yet it still gave me nightmares. XD;; Not ones that bothered me too much, though.
I think Bonnie's the least creepy of all of them, but dang those eyes are screwy...

Oooh! I got the demo myself and it TERRIFIED me. I got lightheaded from hyperventilating in panic.
Animatronics may not scare me but that game is stressful as heck! Still, I think I'll get the full version because I clearly do not know my limits. XD;

Actually having PLAYED the game now, holy heck, um, yes, Bonnie is actually rather scary. ;A;
I just played the demo and only died once, when Bonnie disabled my door. I thought I would be safe by opening up the camera and keeping it locked on Pirate Cove (I was at 5 AM so I thought I could make it) and I didn't expect Bonnie to PULL THE CAMERA DOWN AND SCREAM IN MY FACE I THOUGHT THAT ONLY HAPPENED WHEN YOU PULLED THE CAMERA DOWN YOURSELF ;______________;

Bonnie has the least scary outside-your-door image -- that's probably Freddy - but as for their attack...Foxy is definitely the least scary.

Foxy scared me the most at first because he was so unexpected the first time I saw it. XD; I think what's scary about him though is probably trying to get the door shut on time and that split second of not knowing if you're going to make it or if he's going to jump in and scream at you. Though that's just guessing--I haven't actually had trouble with Foxy yet, but I'm about to play Night 4 later tonight, so...
Freddy is actually scaring me the most right now, and I haven't even SEEN him active yet. Toward the end of night 3 I heard his laughter and nearly panicked.

I meant more in the sense of Foxy's animation: his sliding in and screaming isn't as IN YOUR FACE and terrifying as the others.
