Its already been confirmed thats not Viola in the back. Rumor is that it's Lin from Saints Row 1. Apparently this game features time travel or something silly which allows characters who have died to be brought back.
As for Oleg... no clue. I wouldn't put it past Volition's idiocy to create a new character then never mention him again in the series.

I could be wrong (but I hope I'm not) but this picture looks like Saints Row IV is following the "good" ending of SR: the Third. I say that because the woman "driving" the car greatly resembles Shaundi and the dark haired woman in the back looks like Viola as an official Saint (which means that they weren't blown up alongside Burt Reynolds). As for the rest, there's obviously the boss in front, I think thats Pierce in the white fedora and thats clearly Kinzie sitting in the back. The gothy dude in the middle could be a new character but to me he looks an awful lot like Matt Miller. He did live through SRTT so maybe he comes back and joins the Saints.
