Its the stupid Simulation hero costume he gets. I went into the SR4 files and removed his "super hero" outfit he gets so he just has his normal costume.

Yup, I was really feeling "meh" about SR4 up until today's trailer. It still looks retarded, don't get me wrong but they are bringing back some of my fav elements from the previous games. :3
