Oh and under her neck needs more shading as well. Again just my thoughts.

I see nothing wrong with the picture. Execpt for under the uh dress uh under skirt thing there needs more shading on the legs to show that there is something on top covering the... I don't know how to explain it. But that is my thoughts of the matter, I am no expert on shading my self.
