That's the best movie ever! I'm working on some horse versions of them.

According to the book - "The horse's name was 'Horse' (Buttercup was never long on imagination) and it ame when she called it, went where she steered it, did what she told it."

Blue jeans have been around for a while. Glad you like it. I love the book because it has so much more detail. I hate the book because it makes Buttercup look so incredibly stupid.

Nice pic. I like the style. *OMGosh you should draw the whole 'it was a very green evening' where she keeps picturing him and the countess staring at one another*giggles and runs away*

You don't get to see this in the movie, but it happened in the book. She's ticked off because, though she hasn't realized it yet, she's in love with Westley and she thinks she has competition. Count Ruegan and his wife (yep, he was married) visited Buttercup's farm on the pretense of studying her father's cows, but really just wanting to see how beautiful Buttercup was. The Countess immediately became smitten with Westley (well, he was glistening and shirtless...) and Buttercup has created a fancy in her mind that Westley fell in love with the Countess and how can a dairy maid compete with aristocracy?
Of course, we have to take into account that Buttercup is only sixteen and not all that bright. The movie gives her a lot more credit and brains (which is why I like the movie a bit better)
