Wow how do you do that without messing up the shin in her hair?? This came out REALLY good

Just make a new layer, paint over the hair with blue, than set the opacity low, and you will get this effect without messing up the structure, lighting etc.

I personally like to do new layer then set it to color than use the swatches. that gives you the same effect.
