in my version of Riddler's Revenge Edward is at his wits end as he no longer had the strength to fight as he came to from the explosion shock by the Batman kneeling down checking over him he couldn't help as heavy tears of sorrow found him crying into the Bat's broad shoulders as he is wrapped in those strong arms, while Batman in unexpected way told him its going to be alright and he will have the justice he never got for the true villains of his story that he knows that "there is still good in you Edward." who in return a small smile while hearing batman apologizes for calling him “Champ” as Edward whispers its alright and that he'll go quietly as Batman in a act of kindness carries him as he was still weak from the blast to one of the medics to look over him for any injuries as Julie is taken away by the police after learning what she did thankfully Edward was alright, all Edward had was a few cuts and bruises along with a slight sprained ankle reason why Batman helped carried as Edward couldn't help but blush from the experience unknown it would start his passion for the dark knight and beginning of his reforming.
