Well, for the start
The neck should be much shorter, the long neck makes it look too unnatural and kinda upsets the whole cute aesthetic, and the face should kinda end in a more prominent chin, the circular head is cool, but it also kinda upsets the aesthetic. (also the scars shouldn't have those black stitch-marks, the red line alone (maybe lower the opacity/make it pinker!)

Also the thigh gap is far too small and (as weird as it is) the crotch is far too prominent. Make her thighs thicker, then thin them out at the knees to give it a more realistic feel (and hey up the cute factor because thighs +  thigh-highs is cute as hell!)

 Also, make her goggles have a nose bridge/widen them so if they were lowered they would cover her eyes, and curve them more! The blocky goggles is odd on a more curvy form of line art. 

Anyways thats like...major stuff ^^' sorry if its a lot, I just wanna help you improve! You have a lot of potential and I just wanna help push you in the right way! <333

I draw circle heads mainly because I feel like It's my own style of anime and I don't wanna change that part of it hhh.

And yes, necks. I CANNOT draw necks right no matter how hard I try. If I try to draw it once, it's too wide/thick, I try again, it's too small/tiny. THE STRUGGLE BRO THE STRUGGLE SOBS.

Well if you keep practicing it will improve

With necks its easier to draw (example this piece) make it smaller and thicken it a tiny bit, just keep editing and it will get there

I understand its your style, but it doesn't really flow well with the rest of the drawing and maybe try to just curve the chin more, so it looks more together?
