AT FIRST I was just going for a random design, but then I remembered made a design for Rufus like this SO I WENT ALONG WITH IT FROM THEREP much
I feel like Kyle would be sick of Rufus going out in the rain and not properly dressed for it and give him this outfit.
That or he could wear it for winter storms as well so he won't yknow fREEZE TO DEATH

All I can imagine is that Kyle just walked up to Rufus like "You remember how we met and you were freezing to death? Here, this is so you don't do that again" and it's kinda making me laugh. Especially since I just imagine Kyle throwing it at Rufus's face.
