Description
This is the "Queen of The Black Puddle" from Courage the Cowardly Dog. She was only in one episode as far as I know. She seduced Eustice and tried to eat him. I remembered this villian very well, so I figured I'd draw her. (I think I remembered her cuz she was all darkish and magically appeared from water, I thought, and still think, stuff like that is cool. ^^' ) I drew this for 14-bis's Cartoon Cartoon's challenge. [link] . Although, I'm not entirely sure if this character counts cuz she's not a main character... well, if that's the case, I'll just draw another. ^^
