this is my charachter delilah chihiro akemi in her enchantix out fit. i took at sailor moon coloring pic and erased everythig except the eyes, ears,and hands. then i drew everything else. the oufit the wings, then i colored it all in. my computers scanner sort of scewed the colors up and made them lighter. she is the fairy of diamonds.
