Description
Commission for ~mesarthim2 of another smoking villainess.
It was for an Amano-esque game, so I tried to go with Amanoesque coloring (if not proportions/drawing style), but didn't really make it. I liked the flat watercolor-like color anyway, so finished it like that.

Bonus: Blood shows up better on white than on black. And with Kefka around, there's bound to be a great deal of it.
