Shay's been given a revamped appearance c: She's now the majestic sparkle bird thing she’s always wanted to be

+Color on white area (thumbs, under eyes)
+Change Eyebrows (removed)
+Stripes (Summer Event 2018)
+Glow (markings glow)
+Ice Powers (her horns + talons are ice, her tail feathers also produce snow/ice)
+Change Eye (added pupil)
