There are many more Pokemon who can learn it, most are Ghost-types. However, it is just a supposed hypothesis. It doesn't mean they are real.

Yeah... =w=" ... I wonder... The move only does damage semi-directly when a Ghost-type uses it, and if any other type uses it, it doesn't affect the opponent at all... So, would it still have the same effect if, say, a Slowbro used it on a human?
