I agree, it didn't catch my eye either. To me it was like america's spin off on anime....we al know how that goes. Its either good or bad....and something about a kid with a balled head with a arrow on his head made me go WTF. O.o.....wonder if there is one on his length...

you know what, i agree with you-i always got a feeling of something a wee bit cynical about it too. like a commitee sat down together and were like: 'right, the kids love this anime stuff, we gotta make us some anime!'
i guess it's got its merits, though, people seem to be really into it.
every time i've seen the trailer in the cinema everyone sniggers when the title comes up, heh. 'airbender, lol...'

XD thats exactly what i thought. But then again kids don't know what anime is. Truthfully i didn't know till i was like older. and i was watching toonami in like 4th grade! I was like 'you mean i'v been watching anime since pokemon...I LOVE ANIME. ' yeah there are a lot people who are into it. It IS cool that the martial arts are based off real ones though. Thats cool.

i never watched the cartoon. i saw a couple of episodes but it didn't really grab me. there was one where they were in a library with a scary owl or something that was sort of cool, but it was too...the colours weren't bright enough or something, i like really bright-coloured things, heh
