I have a strange thought, just how powerful is that beak? Is it structurally robust and the muscles powering strong? What if it's just sexy?

The book "Magnificent Mihirungs" explores how it was probably used in feeding, it was fairly powerful, but it had hinges, kinetic like the beak of a parrot, and predatory birds have reinforced beaks, that are not kinetic.
