I love your style and how you posed him. I don't think it really looks feminine, more like confident. He's like saying, "bitch, I'm the best." Which is kinda out of character, but I love it! XD

But now that I know the character , I would draw in a different way.

Not bad but don't get mad but Luffy's pose looks a bit too girly if you ask me, the way he's showing his leg and the way he's standing well........not for someone like Luffy. I like the face but i pic Luffy looking more goofy looking with a big grin over his face and standing more like funny looking.

This is my opinion however.

Tu sei appassionata e quindi il tuo giudizio è importantissimo! Ma essendo un disegno per il bimbo malvagio vicino di casa, non mi sono molto impegnato nel fare la Sunny, credo si chiami così, ed ho velocizzato la cosa. Effettivamente ha qualcosa di Monkey Island...
